BCDS Services Consultants

• BCDS Services have our own consultants we work with, each having a unique range of skills and experience, generally within manufacturing and construction. Our consultants act as our local representative and are able to support and discuss our services.

• If you’re a BCDS Advantage Member, BCDS Services is able to offer one free in-depth Consultancy visit per year. However, we can always arrange for a consultant to come for a quick visit to discuss ways in which we could help; there is never any obligation and we are always happy to arrange this.

• If you require actual help and assistance from our consultants, beyond simple support of our BCDS services, this is also possible and can happen as outlined below.

BCDS Services Consultants can provide a business development service that assists your business, whatever stage it’s at. They can work alongside you to help implement your strategy. Our core principal is to achieve your target within your budget and make use of what you have already, before you consider spending more.

We meet and analyse your requirements and perform a  review, as well as look at the facilities you have within your business.

We will report back to you with solutions proposed and a plan drawn up.

As a couple of examples, we often find clients might want to update (or create) their Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) or check (or modify) their GDPR implementation.

We’re sure you’ve heard a lot about GDRP recently. A DRP can provide a comprehensive review that highlights potential vulnerabilities within the business, this can often be tied into a grant and/or possible insurance discounts following successful completion of the DRP, especially if commencing with a Business Continuity plan.

Once you have an agreed action plan, you can action it with just outline assistance or let our consultants take full project control and tackle the plan head on.
